This decision manages to touch upon every major feature of the Abkhaz conflict, from Abkhaz fears of marginalization and assimilation in their own homeland to Georgian outrage that Georgians aren't considered rightful inhabitants of the area, all in the context of an international community unable to resolve the conflict.
