rfmcdonaldIn a February 2005 article from the Jamestown Institute's Eurasia Daily Monitor, Marat Yermukanov examines the very low and negative population growth of Kazakhstan since independence. Even in-migration by ethnic Kazaks has done little to change the overall trend.
