[BRIEF NOTE] A worrisome thought

Someone--I forget who--observed that although anarchist terrorists managed to kill only a few hundred people out of all of the hundreds of millions of people who in Europe and North America in the generation before the First World War, two of the people they did kill were the Archduke of Austria-Hungary and his wife.
