I've a post of that same name up at Demography Matters.I argue that the relative success of the tourism industry on Prince Edward Island has helped that province avoid the outright population decline that has befallen the other Atlantic Canadians, and that the relatively less unstable demographic situation gives the Island time to adapt that other provinces lack.
