I was watching CTV's entertainment news show ETalk this morning when a special news bulletin broke in, and Sandie Rinaldo appeared and went on to announce the news. After showing a minute's worth of footing from the site of the shooting/suicide bombing, the station cut back to Ben Mulroney interviewing someone on some red carpet.
