[LINK] "Lunch with the FT: David Remnick"

I was going to link to the Financial Times profile of David Remnick, editor of The New Yorker ("Lunch with the FT: David Remnick") even before the recent rather unbelievable cover of the 21 July 2008 issue of his magazine. I rather like what he's done with the magazine, and I really liked his 1994 Lenin's Tomb way back when--it seemed rather evocative to me at the time, and I like his writing style. I think that I'd still like both.
