[DM] "What's up with the Russian census?"

rfmcdonaldI've got a post up at Demography Matters asking readers whether or not suggestions that the next Russian census, originally scheduled for 2010 but since postponed to 2013 or even 2014, was shifted forward because of serious flaws with the collection of statistics. I ask the same question here, too.
