Anyone want to buy a female pleasure bioroid?

Bioroid is the popular abbreviation for Biological Android. A bioroid is, basically, a simplified clone of a humam being, specially crafted to perform any task where it might be useful.

A bioroid is a perfect copy of a human being in all physicall aspects. They are created using genes of selected individuals, with slight physical corrections and enhancements, bringing them to the edge of perfection. Their mind, in other way, is enginered and programmed in both genetic (nanomanipulating the genes of the embryo) and educational (using VR immersion) to perfectly suit specific operations or tasks.

That's the great difference between a bioroid and a clone. While a clone is in all aspects a human being, a bioroid is a living work of art, a product of the human knowledge - and also the perfect tool, pet or toy.

Our bioroids are made with only 28 chromossomes (against 46 of a human or clone), matured in 4-6 years, with full-time VR training and can last from 15 to 20 years without phisical changes. Doesn't really matter what a bioroid does: it is made to love its work.

And aren't they attractive? After all, there's Nanami:

Bioroids don't exist, of course. The term comes from the GURPS Transhuman Space roleplaying game. Set in 2100, the Transhuman Space universe stretches across the entire Solar System, from isolated settlements in the Kuiper belt to Mercurian mining outposts to a terraformed Mars, and--of course--to Earth. Biological androids have been existed for a half-century prior to 2100, and save in a few fortunate areas (like the European Union and the states in its orbit) they're treated as animals worthy of protection at best, disposable entities at worst.

I wonder: What kind of legal structures exist to prevent this sort of nightmare from happening in the future?
