The below map, coming from this Toronto Star article, shows the overlap and lack thereof between the executive committees of Toronto City Council David Miller and current mayor Rob Ford. Miller's committee drew its membership substantially from the downtown, and was left-wing enough for one conservative to complain about the committee's ideological leanings. Same same, then.
