[PHOTO] Mystery Flags

rfmcdonaldThis summer I was walking along Gerrard Street near Allan Gardens with Andrew when I saw an apartment balcony with four flags waving off it. I recognize the fourth and final, on the right, as the Newfoundland flag, and I suspect that the flag on the left is some kind of Canadian naval ensign, but I'm stuck on the other two. Help?
