I was in the English Lounge when Joel read his creative writing thesis. It was quite good and enjoyable--Joel did an excellent job with his excellent stories (the "blue-haired chick" is my favourite), and the faculty chose that moment to spring a cake on Dr. Magrath celebrating her tenure.
