374 Spadina Avenue, an address on the southwest corner of Spadina and Baldwin, is a derelict building boarded up behind playwood that was slated for demolition as of May 2012. At that time, I'd taken some photos of the area, sharing a photograph of a poster advertising Rob Ford for the position of ex-mayor, and taking a peek behind the plywood to see the greenery inside.

This picture's focus is one of the famous cartoon rabbits of Toronto graffiti artist Poser. He has a considerable presence in the west-central downtown, as indicated by this Flickr group devoted to the man's work, this October 2011 blogTO photo essay, and the results of an Instagram search for the tag "poserbunny". Poser was arrested in December 2012 on 17 charges of mischief as part of a crackdown on graffiti.
