rfmcdonaldI've seen this and other like ads for Cybertip.ca, "Canada's official tipline for reporting the online sexual exploitation of children", scattered across the TTC network.
Will they be effective? Perhaps; I can't recall hearing of the organization before I saw this ad. I can't help but wonder, though, how people are supposed to just happen upon pictures featuring sexually exploited children in ways that won't expose themselves to charges.
