The positive events of the day were overshadowed by a single event: I got a call back on my chest X-rays, and apparently there's something there. The X-ray technicians apparently mentioned the possibility of it being sarcoidosis, which is depressing since I don't need an auto-immune disease. I'm beginning to think that instead of a relatively uncommon disease like that, I have adult-onset asthma. Neither diagnosis is pleasant, of course, though at least they have the benefit of being diagnoses. Asthma's rather less scary, though.

That said, the last Graduate English Society meeting of the semester went well, I got reimbursed for the last coffee social, I chatted at length with a friend, and all said I had another pleasant day.

Now, to get an explanation of what exactly the doctor meant in that voicemail.
