[BRIEF NOTE] Good News for Mari-El?

The European Parliament has just approved a resolution condemning the state of lawlessness in the Russian autonomous republic of Mari-El, where the titular minority, of Volga Finnic background, has come under attack by a hostile state apparatus. Here's hoping that this resolution will do something for them.
