[BRIEF NOTE] Atrocities and Trials

While I agree with the good people at Crooked Timber that Saddam Hussein's Dujail massacre was a terrible atrocity, I do hope that they're not going so far back because they can't bring up other, larger atrocities without causing a signal embarrassment ("Where did we get the materials to make the poison gas?").
