[LINK] Same-same in Bolivia?

Daniel Drezner, at his blog, has an open discussion thread on the recent election of Evo Morales to the presidency of Bolivia (CIA World Factbook, Wikipedia, Library of Congress). I'm inclined to go along with the general consensus that even the election of a radical left-winger anti-American won't do much to alter Bolivia's sad realities, but there's always hope, isn't there?
