Oen reason it was nice to walk outside today, even in a hurry and even for too short a time, was the prototypically spring-like environment. The sky was blue and the wind was warm, but a wintry cool and a wind with cool undertones. The smell of exposed earth is something that can provoke a surprising amount of positive nostalgia.
