[URBAN NOTE] No thanks
Oct. 6th, 2007 07:23 pmWalking down the street, I saw a man in his 20s, wearing a T-shirt and with a scruffy beard, sitting crosslegged on the corner of Yonge and some minor sidestreet with his knit cap sitting upside-down on the street before him, ready for change.
Another person also saw him, too, a woman with a long black dress and a pinched face who reached out with her hand and offered him a glossy Scientology pamphlet, something proclaiming how drugs are bad.
He held up his hand.
- No thanks, I'm good.
