angel80 has a series of beautiful photo posts dating from a recent trip to the
Long Reef Aquatic Reserve on the coast of the Australian state of
New South Wales (
1,
2,
3,
4). Although the biota and the flora captured by the photographer's lens are mostly quite different from anything I've encountered on the Atlantic coast of Canada, there are some similarities, most particularly in the red dunes pictured at the top of the second post--for a moment, I thought I was looking at the
red sandstone dunes of Prince Edward Island.
