[BRIEF NOTE] Some people want a war

rittenhouse recently posted links suggesting that President Bush has known since last summer that Iran hasn't been working on a nuclear weapons program.

After yesterday's announcement, I'd assumed that Bush's I'd put down to warmongering, an honest mistake, incompetence, or some combination of at least two of those factors. If these reports are true, it looks like only one of those factors works now.

Has anyone ever heard Fischerspooner's song "We Need a War"? The lyrics were written by the late great Susan Sontag.
