Through some coincidence--or is it such?--Toronto's two major free weeklies, NOW Magazine and Eye Weekly, have come up with broadly similar cover themes around the hidden. NOW Magazine's cover story, "Late Night Toronto" features different writers for the weekly writing about their nighttime encounters, while Eye Weekly has Shawn Micallef's "Secret Stroll" ("Great places in our city that are worth the extra effort to seek out") and Sean Kelly Keenan's "Secret Eats" ("The unexpectedly delectable, exotic and flat-out weird side to Hogtown’s food scene"). Yes, the garage featuring an Indian food/hamburger-producingtrailer is just a couple minutes' walk from me; no, I've never eaten there. Contrast, compare.
