[PHOTO] Some shots of Fergus ON
Feb. 8th, 2009 10:54 amIn the middle of dread winter, it's always good to post pictures of summer. I took these four pictures on a trip around central Ontario with Jerry this summer, in the Scottish-settled community of Fergus. The Grand River, one of Ontario's major rivers, neatly bisects the charming town with its core all built in grey stone.
This photo was taken looking upstream the Grand River.
This photo was taken looking downstream.
This one, taken by Jerry, is part of the core of Fergus on the other side of the Grand River, as seen from the comfort of the slate deck of the Fergus Brewhouse, additionally featuring Frederick and Bart.
Another shot, taken by Jerry, of part of the core of Fergus on the other side of the Grand River, this time not featuring Frederick and Bart, as seen from the comfort of the Brewhouse's, standing at the railing.
This Flickr photoset goes into more, much more, detail about Fergus and the surrounding area.
