rfmcdonaldWhen street-level commercial real estate in the Renaissance Plaza at 150 Bloor Street West--just east of the Anglican Church of the Rdeemer and the Royal Ontario Museum, south of tony Yorkville, and in the middle of one of Canada's most impressive commercial avenues--goes wanting for tenants, that's a sure sign of economic recession.
