Well. Today's my first day of my sixth (and hopefully) final year at UPEI. I really want to finish my Honours English essay; I really want to get my History minor; I really want to get into McGill for my Master's degree; in short, there's a lot of things I really want.

I've had two classes today, both history. The first was History 101B, Canadian history to Confederation. The instructor, one James Moran, seems quite personable, and the course material looks interesting. Well, interesting enough to review, anyway; it should help me with my Honours Essay a bit. I'm trying to transfer from my accompanying tutorial--the instructor, Cusack, has a very bad reputation as a bore--to Moran's tutorial. The second--History 391, American history from 1900 to the Second World War--also looks interesting, though definitely writing-intensive. Ah, well--at least we've only analytical papers to write and not anything that actually involves the creation of a complex thesis.
