Ego Boosts

I was able to get my tutorial shifted from Tuesday evening to Friday morning. This fits much better with my schedule. More to the point, it frees up an evening for the Children's Library on Tuesday evenings, which gives me more money to earn.
Far more importantly in the long run, I had a chat with the Department head, one Dr. Geoffrey Lindsay, about my grad school prospects. I was quite gratified to find out that my marks were high enough for me not to worry about getting into grad school, but that rather, my concern should be which one I should pick. This--well, it feels good to know that I'm doing so well from another person. (It also proves that, yes, I do need to be told things twice, Kalev and Tom.)
