In brief

• I spent an excellent couple of hours with Leslie and her friend Marie-Hélène. The Gahan House is quite good.


• My former library co-worker Jocelyne Plamondon had her wedding reception, and I attended. She looked very happy.


• I went to a CD launch at the Kier Gallery. The music was good, and I got to see some people again.

It was a happily busy day.

Glasses

I picked my new pairs up today on my lunch break. Both have small thin lenses; one frame is silver in colour, the other is steel.

I quite like their appearances, but my eyes are having the natural problems adjusting to a new prescription. Still, everything is so nicely in focus ...
