I don't think I ever posted these pictures of an abandoned but basically intact barn out in the Ontario countryside, in the rural community of Warkworth east of Peterborough. The quality of light inside impressed me.

The land in question once was farmland, relatively wet and abandoned some time ago to the encroaching wild.

[FORUM] What do you like doing in your favourite season?

As you may be able to tell from my past two days of photo posts, I like light, and warmth. The recent winter storm isn't entirely unwelcome, but I prefer this season in small doses. Winter is confining, while summer allows for much greater activity and engagement with the world.
