[H&F] "White poppy, white feather"

I've a post up at History and Futility reflecting on the recent controversy surrounding the sale of the white poppy, a pacifist symbol, by the Island Peace Committee in the run-up to Remembrance Day. My thoughts? War's divisive, I've no problem with the white, but I still go red.
