rfmcdonaldHere in Canada the Christmas season coincides with the peak availability of the fruitcake, and I, for one, am quite happy. I love fruitcake: delicious, dense with fruits and sweetmeats, tasty, associated with good memories of childhood and holidays and family. Who wouldn't?
Apparently a lot of people don't. I've no idea why this is the case. Apparently I might even be in a minority in my demographic. Could that be the case?
