[PHOTO] Six photos of Bank Street, Ottawa
Aug. 5th, 2012 09:33 pmWalking north early Saturday morning up Bank Street I saw some interesting sights.
At least some of Ottawa-area transit agency OC Transpo's many routes run early in the morning, like #1 going to the South Keys bus station.

The side of this building on the northwest corner of Bank and MacLaren is scenically weathered, paint coming off in patches.

The gleaming of the early morning sun against the apartment building caught me.

I like this cheerful mural, though I wonder where the streetcars of Ottawa went.

Real estate located so close to the downtown core of Ottawa surely can't stay vacant for long.

From the southeast corner of Bank and Queen, Parliament Hill--specifically, the Confederation Building--beckons.
