rfmcdonaldThe weekend past went well. Plenty of work, of course--the work went well enough but for the lack of things to do once everything was shelved and the early-morning rush of patrons passed. (That, and the fact that the manager didn't do this week's schedules. He phoned me this morning to let me know I'll be working tomorrow. At least I'll have plenty of hours.)
Saturday evening went well. I was going to go to Erin to the Mackenzie Theatre, but she couldn't make it. I met up instead with Karla Lindells and Melissa outside of Fishbone's. We had fun chatting--Melissa left Sunday, with Joel G. and another student, for Fredericton to take part in UNB's writing seminar. I ended up leaving shortly before they left at midnight.
Sunday: Work again, and then play rehearsals. They went well enough, I've been told; we only got the first two acts done, but we know what's supposed to be done. I think. Still not quite sure what I'm supposed to do in rehearsals, but it should be easy enough, in theory.
