The Crossways, a pair of 29-story mixed-used residential-commercial towers located at 2340 Dundas Street West at the intersection of Dundas West with Bloor Street West, is quite prominent in its neighbourhood. Built in the 1970s, the complex hasn't aged well--Robyn Urback's May 2011 blogTO review and David Brock's August 2011 review for The Grid highlight issues with the mall, while the Yelp reviews of the apartments highlights issues with maintenance and management--but the complex remains a destination for migrants. The complex's central location, just across the street from the Dundas West TTC station and near the Bloor GO station, doesn't hurt.
