Yesterday afternoon, I took a nice long walk west on Dupont from Dufferin, continuing west on Annette after Dundas Street West, and then heading south on Runnymede Road towards Bloor West Village and the Runnymede subway station.
It was a very pleasant enough. The temperature was hovering below freezing: just cold enough to keep the snow from melting, just warm enough to be comfortable in a nice winter coat. Walking through this old streetcar suburb was a joy. I should do more of it in the future.

The Shell gas station on Dupont west of Dufferin was full.

The wide intersection of Keele and Annette is broad.

The Czechoslovak Baptist Church has, of a couple of years ago, been converted into condos.

The Annette Street Public School looked quiet in the snow.

St. Cecilia Catholic School is located just a bit further west on Annette from the previous school.

Runnymede United Church was imposing in classic old-school United Church fashion.

Looking south on Runnymede Road towards Bloor, night was just starting to fall.
