Of late, once more
Sep. 6th, 2003 07:44 pmI'm at an Internet café on Princess Street in Kingston, doing some last minute work before I go to a grad student's event. (Tapas bar called Tango on King Street, followed by the nightclub Elixir.)
I'm feeling fairly confident about this. In fact, it's nice to know that I've been feeling fairly confident about everything, and fairly generally competent. An example: I floss my teeth regularly now, but didn't at home. In many ways, despite the impending yawning gap between income and expenditures, it just feels much easier to do, well, anything. Freedom's nice.
Am actively trying to flirt. I think it's going reasonably well, all said. I think; I'm new at this, but then there's the example of Montréal to drive me forward.
