rfmcdonaldI have to take a language equivalency test--in my case, French--to get my MA. I've taken a look at the sample exam, and it's laughably easy, so I'm not concerned. It's just one more thing to do.
Like checking 46 student papers between four and five pages in length for English 269. Ah well, at least the books were interesting (I'm of mixed opinion about White Noise, but The White Bone and Fury are nice).
One final note: Exporting coal to Newcastle is one thing; this, however, is another. (Thanks to an American friend for this link.)
