This December 2013 <A href='http://www.theguardian.pe.ca/News/Local/2013-12-05/article-3531165/Former-Sam-the-Record-Man-building-getting-work-done/1"><u>article</u></a> from the Charlottetown <i>Guardian</i> mentions that the façade was taken off late last year, in preparation for a grant for a new façade. I suppose the grant has not yet come through.
