[PHOTO] The Allan Gardens Conservatory, early December

When I visited the Allan Gardens conservatory with my parents, the gardeners were just beginning to prepare for Christmas. Poinsettias of all colours were being installed on the grounds.

I loved this little grotto in the southern end of the conservatory. (Compare this October photo featuring Hello Kitty.)



I never knew there were so many different colours of poinsettias.







The cacti were also lovely.
