I walked early in the Sunday afternoon west from Papineau station to Berri-UQAM along rue Sainte-Catherine, the main artery of Montréal's Gay Village. The partying was over, but the neighbourhood looked to be in good shape, as lively as I'd expect--for instance--Church and Wellesley to be at the same time of day.
