[META] Policy on Comments

I welcome any and all comments. This is a public weblog, after all. Unless I've specifically disabled comments on a post, you can safely assume that I want comments. And by all means, debate each other and me furiously. Furious debates are fun.

Yes, if you're not on Livejournal, I apologize for the fact that you have to post anonymously. So that I at least know who I'm responding to, please put your name (or nom de net) at the bottom of the post. Yes, Livejournal accepts embedded HTML, so feel free to include links.

I retain the right to delete comments, and to ban comments entirely. The only time that I will take is action is when a commenter is being abusive towards myself or other commenters. I see no reason to put up with personal invective directed towards myself, or to passively collaborate in attacks on other people.
