In this review of Bat Ye'or's latest, the reviewer systematically uses "Muslim" where anti-Semites a century ago would have said "Jewish." Between repopulating the European continent, convincing Europeans to stop being traditional Europeans, and just being Muslim, it seems like there's no limit to what Muslims are capable of doing.
