bitterlawngnome and djjo, what did I find but an envelope from CapitalOne offeribng me their Mastercard (9.9% intro rate until March 2006 and guaranteed approval if I pay $C59).
Of course I'm not going to be following them up on their offer. I'm in quite enough debt as is, thanks. I just wonder how desperate they--this firm, finance in general--are to try to tap me, of all people, as a source of income.
