[BRIEF NOTE] Appropriate Humour

The incipient light-heartedly hollow laugh in the voice of Shelagh Rogers, host of CBC Radio 1's morning show Sounds Like Canada, can be rather annoying. When it manifests fully, it can be irritating. When she laughs while talking with Stephen Lewis about Africa's HIV/AIDS epidemic, as she did this morning, it all verges upon the obscene.
